Who will I be working with?
All accounts work with a dedicated Growth Marketer. They own the relationship, reporting, planning, and some execution. Their unique ability is to see the big picture and make sure everything is connected.
Growth Marketers are supported by our specialist team. They are experts in individuals components that are essential to a successful buyer’s journey. Their unique ability is to execute at the highest level in that area and quickly get work done.
At larger retainer levels we will staff dedicated specialists on your team to get more done faster.

Olivia helps Optimal live out our mission of “Give More Than We Take” in so many ways. She has a hand in nearly all areas of our financial inputs, connecting important budget and spend information with our CFO and our different departments, as well as helping Optimal organize our financial information effectively. She also carries out all of our team culture initiatives and makes sure that our team, no matter where they’re located or which role they’re in, feels valued and appreciated.
When not at Optimal, Olivia loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, and taking part in her many exciting hobbies like beekeeping!
