Let’s walk through how to set up your integration:
Step 1: Set Up Direct Integration with CallRail in Active Campaign
- In your CallRail settings,
- Go to the ‘integrations’ tab on the top of the page.
- Find ActiveCampaign in the list of integrations.
- Click **Activate**.
- This will load additional information on the screen.
- Select **New Authentication**
- It will now ask for a URL and API. We need this information from ActiveCampaign.
Now in ActiveCampaign,
- Head over to the ‘developer’ section.
- On this screen, under ‘API Access’ you’ll see a ‘URL’ and ‘Key’. We’ll be copying these over to CallRail.
Hop back over to CallRail
- Copy and Past the ‘URL’ and ‘Key’ in the respective field.
- Click Create and Next
- Choose a Deal Owner and Deal Pipeline that you want assigned when the deal enters Active Campaign.
- Click Activate
You now have the basic integration set up between ActiveCampaign and CallRail. New calls will be loaded into ActiveCampaign as deals. All call information will be automatically formatted into the deal pipeline that you selected. Voilà!
